Svetlana Leahy Photography is a Maryland-based real estate media team serving the Delmarva Peninsula—Ocean City, Salisbury, and the Delaware beaches—plus select Maryland markets by request. We work on-location at properties and support agents and short-term rental teams with consistent photography and marketing media.
Svetlana’s path in real estate started in 2004 as a Realtor, and she later spent 10 years as a vacation rental agent. That hands-on experience shapes how we photograph: we understand what buyers and guests look for online—light, flow, layout, key features, and the feeling of the space. Our approach is focused on presentation and storytelling, creating images that help listings and rentals show well across MLS, booking platforms, and social media.
Today, Svetlana is supported by a trusted team of photographers and editors who help keep scheduling smooth and delivery reliable. Services include interior and exterior photography, drone imagery, 3D tours, including Zillow Showcase, floor plans, and property video—delivered with a fast turnaround and a consistent look across every project.

Craig is an invaluable asset to our photography team, working alongside with me and picking up all the extra load of work. Craig is a talented photographer and storyteller. After studying Journalism at High Point University of North Carolina, Craig has been able to couple his knowledge of the craft with his passion for photography. When not out on photo assignments he likes to get outdoors and rack up huge amounts of mileage. He walks up to 22 miles 3 days a week—who needs a gym membership? Our team's success rests greatly on his shoulders and we're fortunate to have him as part of the team.
